Adwords.Google.Com Error. It’s Not Opening!

I am getting weird Adwords.Google.Com error. This web address is not opening in my browsers. I have checked adwords.google.com with my Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers but both web browsers are showing same error. Please note, I have installed latest Firefox and Chrome browser. Adwords.Google.Com was working several days ago but all of a sudden it stopped working. Here is the screenshot of the error I am receiving while trying to visit adwords.google.com:





I already contacted Google Adwords support team about this issue and here is the reply I got from them:

Hi Ekhlas,
Thank you for writing into Google AdWords support.
I understand that you are concerned that you are unable to sign in to your AdWords account as your are getting an error.
Please do not worry, as we can work it out together. Since, you are getting an error, I would suggest you to please clear cache and cookies and try to sign in from different browsers.
Just in case, you are still unable to sign in please reply with the screenshot of the error page you are getting so that we can go ahead and investigate further.
I hope this resolves your concern. However, do write back to us if you have any further questions. Alternately, you can call our US AdWords Phone Support at +1 866-246-6453 FREE from Monday through Friday between 9 AM to 8 PM EST.

Based on their suggestions I cleared my browser cookies (from the beginning of the time) and checked again. Still getting same error! I contacted again Adwords support team with the screenshot and mentioned in my mail that I did everything that was asked me to do. So here is the second reply I received from Google Adwords support team:

Hi Ekhlas,
I see my colleague is assisting you to login into your AdWords account. I am sorry to learn that you are unable to login to https://adwords.google.com even after trying in different browsers. I advise you to follow the below steps:

• - Clear the cache and cookies from your system. (I already did this step)
• - Shutdown your system, and restart. (I already did this step)
• - Sign in to your AdWords account at https://adwords.google.com (I already did this step)

If you are still facing the issue, I recommend you to contact your ISP provider.
Hope this resolves your query! If you need any further assistance please let me know.

Please note, I have done everything that was mentioned in this reply but still I am getting same error: “The Website Has A Redirect Loop“, I tried to login adwords.google.com from another laptop but same error occurred on that machine too. So it’s definitely not a PC problem.


I also asked a question about this in Google Adwords Community forum and I didn’t receive any satisfactory answers. I asked in forum whether it is a Global issue or it is happening only from my end. A member mentioned that he had never seen this before with respect to AdWords. Based on the answers, it is clear that it is not a global issue. Unfortunately it is happening on my end.


I investigate the issue further and it seems to me it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with my computer or my ISP provider. Please check the following image:





I am sharing this news on this blog hoping that I will get satisfactory answer from you. I have determined to promote SEO, SEM and SMM service through adwords and at this stage I am getting this kind of error! Is this happening on your end too? I have heard in a forum it is a Public DNS issue from the Google. Do you know something about this? Please share your thoughts in comments.


Update: It’s been working fine since yesterday (16-10-2014). It seems there were some DNS issues from Google end. Lots of Bangladeshi people weren’t able to visit adwords.google.com page for several days before 16-10

I Bought Wrong Domain, Can I Get A Refund?

Did it happen to you? You were trying to buy a domain and purchased another domain that you didn’t want to? It happened to me several days ago. At that time, I was very tired, feeling very sleepy. But I got my international debit card in my hand, using that I could purchase anything (not illegal things of course) from the internet. Then I noticed that there were some new TLD domain available and I was very interested to see a similar domain name that matched with my current domain. I was so excited that I instantly completed the order and without re-checking everything (domain name, renewal bill, etc.) I purchased that domain with my international debit card. I was so happy. But…


What’s that domain? Why its “SeoSeoProvider” instead of “SEO Service Provider“? I was very confused, angry and I was completely awake at that time realizing that my $16.99 could be gone in drain. One quick suggestion to my readers, “Don’t do anything important while you are feeling sleepy!“. I instantly searched in Google, I bought wrong domain, can I get a refund? But I was unable to find any satisfactory answers from search results. I visited some related articles and all of those were saying that, once a domain was purchased you couldn’t get a refund! So I gave my last try and submitted following queries to name.com support email:

Hello Sir,
I am name.com user. My username is Ekhlas. Yesterday I was trying to buy seoserviceprovider domain but I got seoseoprovider domain somehow! Now I want a refund for seoseoprovider so that I can buy the correct one: seoserviceprovider
Please help me on this. I have been using name.com for last 2 years and I never faced this kind of awkward situation. Please refund my $16.99

After sending them email, I shut down my laptop and went to sleep.


I woke up in the early morning (I couldn’t sleep well last night!), instantly checked my email through iPhone. It’s been six hours but didn’t get any response from name.com! So I opened my laptop, signed into my name.com account (that pathetic domain was still there!) and then signed into support.name.com and created a new request through admin panel

At that time, I had nothing to do but to wait to get their response on this.


After twelve hours or so I got a respond from name.com for my first message that I sent though Gmail. Here is their message:

Hello,
Thank you for your email. In the event that a user purchased the incorrect domain name, we simply need to delete and refund the incorrect domain name. We will issue a refund in the form of account credit. Once this is done, you are advised to log in and purchase the domain name that you actually want.
We need you to respond to this email from the Name.com admin email contact and verify that you understand that the domain will be deleted and refunded. This means that you will no longer have control of the deleted domain.
If this sounds good to you, please respond at your soonest convenience.
Sincerely,
XXXX – Name.com

Ah I was feeling lucky. I responded immediately and told them to delete that domain. While I was waiting, I received second response from support center. Please carefully check the following message as it will be helpful for you:

Hello Ekhlas,
Thank you for contacting Name.com. I apologize for the inconvenience. As a one time courtesy, we offer customers a 5 day grace period, in which we will refund customers that have mistakenly registered or renewed a domain.
In order to do this, we have to delete the domain, and all of its content, from our database. We ask that you respond to this email from the administrative email address associated with your account, and confirm that it is okay to delete the domain from our database and any data and content has been backed up. Once you have confirmed, we will delete the domain and issue your refund if you have registered or renewed them within the last 5 days. We cannot cancel if it is past that date, since we have paid the registry for the domain and can only be refunded ourselves if it cancels within 5 days.
Please note that once a domain is deleted it can be restored back to your account for a period of 30 days. We would however require a restoration fee from you in the amount of $130.99. This includes a year’s renewal for the domain.

Now this is what I call support. Bernice gave me everything that I wanted to know or in my mind. So I responded to her email saying that I created another ticket for this issue and asked her to close that ticket. As I found her email very helpful and informative, I asked her to assist me on this issue. Here I got her second response:

Hello Ekhlas,
Thanks for the response. Per your request the domain has been refunded on your behalf. Please note you will receive the refund within 3-5 days. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
– Also I have merged the two tickets.

Finally I got my refund ($16.99 full) after 3 business days. I was lucky that I didn’t give up my hope and took necessary steps to solve the issue. I personally thank to Name.com for their support specially Bernice for her excellent support. I gave her my highest feedback score in admin panel and closed my ticket.


So, if you mistakenly purchased any domain from name.com, you can ask their assistant within 5 days. Please note, it is wise to ask their help right after you realize that you purchased unwanted domain. Name.com is an excellent domain provider company and I vouch them for their service.

Reasons for High Bounce Rate | How to Reduce High Bounce Rate of a Website?

So, your website or your employer’s website is facing high bounce rate issue. That’s why you are here. I have often heard the following buzzes, may be you have heard them too:

SEO webmasters always try to lower down the bounce rate of the website. But, achieving 0.0% bounce rate is not that easy (you don’t have to try to get a bounce rate of 0.00%, bounce rate below 20% is considered as good. Important fact we all need to consider is ROI or Goals or Conversions. I will create a new tutorial on these later). You will get many webmasters saying that, “It is not normal to have 0.0% bounce rate. There might be some Google Analytics error or may be there is no traffic, etc”. But I say, it is possible. If you target right visitors for your website and organize your contents very carefully, then it is very much possible.

Please read the followings very carefully. If you take following steps seriously and follow these instructions, then you might not get 0.0% bounce rate for your website, but you can definitely lower down your website’s high bounce rate issue.

1. Remove some advertisements from your website or adjust it to the right place:

New webmasters often do this mistake. They just want some hard cash from Google Adsense or want to sell their products as quickly as possible because they have just learned “How to earn money online”. So, they place advertisements in most inappropriate locations. They place advertisements where they should write down some features or important parts of the content. So, don’t follow those webmasters. Think about your visitors first, then think about advertisements or affiliate programs. What will happen if new visitors come to your website and get bunch of advertisements and leave at once and never come back? You will get nothing from those visitors as you gave them a bad feeling about your website. They might also tell their friends not to visit your website as it seems like junk!!
So, please remove some advertisements from your website. You should have maximum of 3 advertisements and those advertisements should be placed in sidebar or footer or in appropriate position. I don’t suggest webmaster to add advertisement under website banner or header location though they expose more clearly to visitors. When your website gets bigger and have huge number of returning visitors on a daily basis, then you might add more advertisements, but don’t place 10-12 advertisements for new websites.

2. Try to add images into the content and make them SEO friendly

People have the tendency to click on images. Images should be attractive and clean and must have the ability to attract visitors attention. So use all necessary image attributes like title, width, height, alt, etc. img alt plays very important role in SEO as alt is the only attribute which tells search engine bots about the image. To reduce your website bounce rate, you should link images and make sure that they open in new tabs.

3. Add link to your content keyword

I am going to explain it with this content. I target this sentence: How to reduce high bounce rate of a website. So I added the URL of this content around this sentence. When you click on How to reduce high bounce rate of a website, you are actually re-visiting this page with a new tab and in this way you have visited same page for twice and thus this content doesn’t have any bounce rate from you! But remember, you don’t have to follow this technique (Google says it is not SEO friendly!) as I shared this technique to give you a better idea on anchor text/content targeted keywords linking. Moreover, don’t add links in non-targeted keywords. Add links only to that specific keywords which are describing the full content. But don’t add links for more than twice.

4. Load time matters

Load time of a web page or website really matters. Most of the people just leave those web pages which take more than 10 seconds to load. So check your web page/website load time. You can test it via tools.pingdom.com or you can check it via Google Analytics->Content->Site Speed
If your website load time is over 10 seconds, then remove unwanted scripts or if you are on shared/free hosting service with huge incoming traffic, then it is time to go with VPS or Cloud solutions.

5. Pop Ups

Another unwanted thing for visitors is Pop Up Notification. Pop Up notification is really annoying for me and I never fill up any kind of form through pop up notification. I just simply close that down. I believe most of the internet surfers do the same thing. Suppose you are reading one of the most important thing in a website and suddenly get a subscription notification from nowhere. What will you do then? You will close that pop up message right? So don’t expect your visitors will do the opposite for such notification.

6. Font color and Body background color

Choosing right background and font color is really important for webmasters. If you pick up red or black as background color for your website, then you are doing wrong. Readers can’t read articles for so long if background color is very bright. So choose light background color instead of bright. Our blog is an example of good background and font color. Do you get headache by reading articles here?

7. Different layout for Mobile Visitors

The number of mobile internet users is increasing day by day. It is expected that within 2018, there will be more mobile internet users than desktop users. So, if you are really serious with your website and want to reduce bounce rate, then you should implement a different layout of your website for mobile visitors. If you have wordpress blog, then you can get free plugin like “Mobile Detector” which can detect mobile devices and show mobile versions of your website to mobile users.

Finally, if your website/web page loading is fast with good background and font color, and you add link to your targeted keywords, and you place link to your content images, and no pop ups, and set advertisements in right places, and have different website layout for mobile and desktop users, then surely your website bounce rate will start decreasing. Organize your website contents by reviewing above steps and get back to us with positive or negative reply. I have personally tested it and got good result. I believe you will get the same result from your end if you follow above tips.

This is our second tutorial on Facebook. On the first tutorial, we have discussed How can I find friends on Facebook? Let’s say 5000 friends within 60 days? I hope that tutorial helped many members already. In this tutorial I am going to show, How do I find Facebook friends email. Finding friends email through Facebook is not easy. I was trying to get some of my friends email via Facebook because its long time that we see each other. Some of them are my school friends and some of them are my college friends. At the beginning, I directly ask them about their email via messaging system of Facebook. After asking ten of my friends, I found out that its really time-consuming as they don’t stay on Facebook 24*7, nobody does actually. So, I was thinking, how to get all of my friends email in one click or in a single process. I was searching and suddenly I found the solution with the help of Yahoo Email! From “Yahoo Email” we can get our Facebook friends email address very easily, but there are some tricks that I am going to describe elaborately here.

Login to your Yahoo! email and then go to this address: http://address.yahoo.com/

I am assuming you have just created your Yahoo! email so you don’t have any contacts yet. For this new account you will not get “import from Facebook” feature until you create a new contact.



I have created this Yahoo email for this tutorial, as you can see, in this Yahoo! account I have zero contacts. So I am going to make one. When you add someone, you will get the following picture.



After creating a new contact, click on “Contacts” tab and now we can see this new amazing feature.



Click on “Import Contacts”. You will see the following picture. You can import contact details from Gmail, Facebook, Windows Live Hotmail, other Yahoo! account, etc.



Now, you have to log in to your Facebook account in order to import your Facebook friends email into Yahoo!. As I said earlier, I was unable to find my friends personal email through Facebook. Here is the proof:



Now in your Yahoo! email, Click on Facebook icon, a pop-up window will appear asking “Do you want to share your contacts with Yahoo!?” click okay. It will then start importing your Facebook friends contact details into your Yahoo! mail. When the process is finished, you will see something similar like the following image:



Now, as the whole process is completed, suppose, you would like to export all contact details. In order to export all the contact details please do the followings:

Click on “Tools” tab and then click on export.



You will see five available options, but I recommend Microsoft Outlook or Yahoo! CSV



Please note, you might not get full details through this process! So, I recommend you to go with manual process. It is better for you if you click your friend’s name under contact tabs and on the right panel, you can see your friend’s email address. Copy & paste this email details in Microsoft Word, Access, Notepad++ or whichever application you prefer and then save it. Do this repeatedly in order to manually find your friends emails. If you don’t want to save/find all of your friends emails but only for selected ones then this technique is best for you.



In this way, we can easily collect our friends email address details from Facebook to Yahoo! mail and can export all the details into our personal collections.

How can you find friends on Facebook? Let’s assume, you are a new user on Facebook. You just created a Facebook account today. You don’t know any features or apps or functions about Facebook. You are complete newbie in Facebook. But, you want to be connected with all of your friends, colleagues, team mates, teachers, students, family members, girlfriends, boyfriends, sisters, brothers, aunties, uncles, and almost with everyone! Your Facebook account might get disabled or restricted. Remember, no one can be famous in a very short time. You don’t need to hire someone special to get friends on Facebook, you don’t need to hire some random agency to increase your connections in Facebook, you don’t need to hire Facebook liker services or Facebook friend increase services because they are not worthy. It is you, you are responsible for your Facebook account. It is you, who has to maintain account regularly and carefully. It is you who want to be famous in Facebook. As you are first time user, Facebook itself wants to help you to find your friends.



Remember, you have to fill out your profile. No one likes empty profile person and most importantly choose a nice Avatar. Its 2012, still if you have a pretty face, then you can be famous really quick (Suppose, you are a boy and you get a friend request from a very pretty girl. Can you deny her friend request?). I didn’t fill out my profile because this is not my main Facebook account. I just created this account for this tutorial. After filling out your profile, you will be on welcome page of Facebook.



From this page, your actual journey begins. Remember, when you are first time user, Facebook does not imply hard restriction on you. You can immediately create 1000 friends on the very first day! So, let’s come to the point “How can you make 100 connections”? You have to find your friends and family members by searching their Email or First name, Last name. Let’s assume, you have imported all friends and well-known members contact on your Facebook account, but your friend list is very small. You are not satisfied with this small friend list. As you want to be famous, you need to connect with more people. So, how can you do that? Let’s Google in order to find very common name. I will create another video tutorial and in that tutorial, I will show you, how you can find very common name based on your country.
Let’s assume, you have found some common names. Now, all you have to do is to search users by the name with the help of Facebook search option. Type the common name in the search field and click on “See more result for your chosen common name”.



Then click on “People”.



Start clicking on “Add Friend” button and keep doing it until you feel tired! (Remember, there are only 10 name displayed by default, after finishing “Add friend” request to these 10 people, you need to click “See More Results”, It will display another 10 people, this process will go on. Take a break for an hour after asking 100-200 people to be your friend, this method will keep your account safe. Suppose, you have finished adding people by the name “common name 1″, again start the same process from the beginning by searching “common name 2″.

Let’s assume, you have requested your friend request to 5000 people within five months(You don’t need to, when you have 400+ friends then you will get 5-10 friend request from others!!!). Now, you want to include yourself in niche groups (groups of your interests). Suppose, you are a doctor and you want to be connected with all doctors group or let’s say you are a SEO expert and you want to be connected with SEO groups. Why? Because you can share something with the groups and each and every member of that group can see your post! How can you do that? It’s easy, type your “niche word” in search field of Facebook (same way that you did when searching people with common name)! and then click on “Search More Results”. This will show 10 results by default. After that, click on “Groups”. It will show 10 groups by default. Right click your mouse on a group name and click “Open Link In New Tab”. This will open the group in a new tab of your browser.



This technique will not direct your current page to the specific group page. It is helpful because you need to maintain your clicks on “Join Group”. When you are on a specific group page only then click on “Join Group”.



When you have clicked all 10 groups from the search page then click “Search More Results” and you will get another 10 groups list. When you are finished clicking “Join Group” of all groups with “Niche keyword”, start with new “Niche keyword” in the search field and find groups and repeat the group process from the beginning.

Now start engaging with your audience. You have given so much time sending friend requests to them and now it is time to share what they will like, what they will read, what they will listen, what they will share among their groups! If you have read all the above information and follow my techniques gently and in a steady process then you will make 5000 friends really soon!

To delete your website information/account from Google Analytics & Webmaster tools, please follow the following steps:
1. Login to your Google Analytics Account. If you have multiple website accounts stored in your Google Analytics account, then you will see the list of your accounts.





2. Then, Go to the Admin tab which is situated at the right side and click “Admin” tab.





3. You will now see the list of your website accounts. From these accounts, you have to choose/click that account which you want to delete.


4. Then click on “Account Settings”





5. You are almost there! Now you have to just click “Delete this account” in order to successfully delete your website account from Googly Analytics.





Good! You are done!! You have successfully deleted your website account from Google Analytics.


Now, Please login to your Google webmaster account to delete the site that you just deleted from analytics. After login to your Google webmaster tool, you will see the list of your websites (If you have multiple websites). Simple choose the site that you want to delete. Click on “Manage Site” tab and then click “Delete site”.
